Foodies Festival, Clapham Common, London - All weekend

Foodies are in for a treat with the UK's largest celebration of food & drink is returning to Clapham Common for its third year. Expect to witness top chefs cook before your eyes, wine, beer, and cocktails and kids can learn to cook too. Food tasting will also be on the menu with masterclasses designed by bloggers and experts introducing festival-goers to the latest foods and flavours including Raw Food, Japanese Soul and Vegan. Local experts will also guide visitors through Oyster Shucking, Mushroom Foraging and Bee Keeping. Also not to be missed is the new Vintage Tea Tent that will hold daily tea dances, these are just a taste of what is to come.

Cambridge Open Studios, Cambridge - All weekend

Cambridge Open Studios gives the fascinating opportunity to view artists at work in their own creative habitats, their studios. Be inspired by the processes of artist who work in painting, ceramics, sculpture, photography and more. The aim of Cambridge Open Studios is  to promote the making of original works of art and craft, and to forge a lasting relationship between local people and local makers.

Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival, Edinburgh - All Weekend

The wonderful sound of Jazz has been echoing throughout Edinburgh this summer, and will finish this weekend, so be sure to listen in. With varying artists and venues, there is plenty for you and a group of friends to choose from.

Brighton Yoga Festival, Brighton, Saturday Only

Relaxing as part of your weekend can be in form of the light excerise of Yoga. Those of you in Brighton can check out the Brighton Yoga Festival, which is a one-day, drop-in, community event, curated by local yoga teachers, offering free yoga classes and therapies to local people of all ages (adults and children), shapes, sizes and abilities. Everyone is welcome to come along and try a class; yoga newbies are particularly encouraged, so if your local there is no excuse to give it a try.
